We visit the Archibald Exhibition 2025 in Geelong, viewing the 57 finalists and the winner.

Followed by a Buffet lunch.

Heronswood: Gardens and Cottage home

Time to start thinking about our gardens. The Diggers Club at Heronswood can cater for all your needs. The gardens feature seasonal vegetables, flowers, dry climate and cottage gardens. Look at the 3 acres while enjoy the view of Port Phillip Bay. If the nursery doesn't have something for you, then maybe the gift shop does.

From here we will head to the Dromana Hotel for lunch.

Twilight River Cruise 

Wednesday 8 October 2025

Today we catch the Tramboat at Dockland cruise up Yarra with a commentary and enjoy a drink at bar prices, arriving at Williamstown where dinner will be brought onboard. Our return trip will show case Melbourne at its best . Lights, highrise living and our beautiful sunset.

Edgars Mission

This is a non-for-profit farmed animal sanctuary. At the heart of every rescue is a promise, care, warm shelter and the promise of a second chance. Your support empowers the highly trained team at Edgars Mission to carry out their rescue and care.

From here we will have lunch at the Victoria Hotel in Woodend.

Ripponlea

Today we visit Ripponlea a large 19th century mansion surrounded by 14 acres of Victorian pleasure gardens. To hear some amazing stories about the mansion and the people who made it come to life we will join a guided tour.

From here we will have lunch before heading home.

Cost: $90 per person

Christmas Break up  

Tuesday 2 December 2025

Today we head off to Monbulk where we will celebrate our Christmas Break Up at Rose Cottage. A delicious 2 course lunch with BYO drinks allowed. Soft drink provided, raffles and a celebration of good times had by us all. I ask everyone to bring a gift for a child over 10 years of age to be donated to Community Support Frankston, unwrapped please.
