Today we head off to Bulleen to enjoy an uplifting experience visiting the original farm house and the heritage listed 1960s house. Both are now museums of modern art. Purchased in 1934, this was the home of John and Sunday Reed and it has evolved into Australia’s most important cultural institution. Lunch will be at the Waltzing Matilda Hotel.
Tidemaster River Cruise

Today we will enjoy a cruise around Western Port with a new roof on the Tidemaster after it was damaged in 2019 in that very windy storm. Departing Tooraddin on the boat, we will enjoy a selection of sausages, beef patties, chicken and chives, and fish of the day, followed by a fruit platter, home-made fruit cake, tea and coffee. It is also has a licenced bar.
Enjoy this meal while taking in the sights.
Loch Village and Poowong

Today we head off towards the beautiful quaint village of Loch, from its art and crafts to wood turning and quilt making, with all its quirky shops, cafes, second-hand furniture and knick knacks. After checking out this little town, we head off to the Poowong Pub for lunch.

Today we head off to Lancefield and visit the world famous Edgars Mission.
This is a not-for profit sanctuary for rescued farm animals. It is set on 153 peaceable acres and aims to make a humane and peaceful place for humans and non humans.

Today we visit the Long Extended Tunnel for a guided tour. With flat ground and not much walking it will be of interest to all. Then it is off to Wally’s Pub for lunch before having a look around this historic town. A minimum of 35 is needed for this trip to go ahead.

This is an amazing property that looks over both Port Phillip Bay and Bass straight down towards Lorne. Nick Smith is a landscape genius. The gardens he has created are simply stunning. The property is also an animal sanctuary with white kangaroos, emus and cows.
