Westernport Cruise & Vietnam Veterans Museum

Wednesday 25 February 2026

Today we depart at 9 am heading to San Remo, where we catch the boat cruising to Cape Woolamai and see the granite cliffs, caves and historic sights before we have lunch and then continuing our day at the Vietnam Veterans Museum. Now it is off home.

Healesville Sanctuary & Healesville Garden 

Wednesday 18 March 2026

Today we head off to the Healesville Sanctuary. At midday find comfortable seat and watch the Bird show, at 12 noon or check out the feeding times or just wander around at your own pace. BYO lunch or enjoy lunch in one of the cafes. From here we will visit the Healesville Garden Centre before heading home.

Werribee Zoo Elephant Enclosure 

Wednesday 16 April 2026

Today we head off to Werribee where we will join the Safari train visiting all the animals and of course the zoos latest addition the elephants.

From here we will have lunch before heading home.  

Cost: $125 per person

 

Shrine of Remembrance 

Wednesday 13 May 2026

Departing at 9 am. We start with an informative tour of the Shrine. If you’re up to it, climb to the balcony to see one of the best views of Melbourne. Time for reflection before we head off to the Caulfield for a delicious lunch.

Puffing Billy

Meeting at Belgrave we catch the Puffing Billy train to Lakeside. Time to walk around and enjoy the views before we have lunch and head home.

Christmas in July

Today is a relaxing day at Fortnums in Sassafras. Enjoy a 2 course Christmas lunch.

No shopping and no stress.

Abbortford Convent  

Wednesday 12 August 2026

This convent was a place where shelter, food, education and work was provided for tens of thousands of women and children who experienced poverty,

neglect and social disadvantage. Today we have a guided tour and learn the history of the Convent and enjoy the gardens and surrounds. This will be followed by lunch.

Como House

Known as the White House on the Hill overlooking the Yarra surrounded by gardens. Built in 1847 steeped in history.

From here we head off to lunch.
